Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours.

• Same-day shipping if order is placed by 4 p.m. EST.
• Next-day shipping (excluding weekends) if order is placed before 3 p.m. EST.
• Monday shipping if order is placed on the weekend.
• Items ship UPS and USPS Ground by default. Expedited shipping options are available. Please call us before placing an order online.
• Please order small quantities or samples to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 25 or more pieces, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.

Custom Orders, Large Orders, and Non-Returnable Items:

• All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom, or made to order items as these products incur additional manufacturing, processing and handling.
• Non-stock items, or items that have been drop shipped.
• Please review your order for accuracy and call us if you have any questions. We will be glad to provide you with a quotation to address additional needs.

An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. Another email will be sent to you with tracking information when your order ships.

Overnight & 2-Day Shipping/Saturday Delivery:

Overnight and 2-day shipping options are only available to destinations within the USA. Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS and are delivered in 1-2 business days (not weekends).

UPS to Canada:

• There will be an additional duty tax. Taxes and fees are included in your shipping cost.
• Duty, taxes, and fees are included in shipping cost displayed at checkout.
• Overnight and 2-day shipping are not available.

Out-of-stock items are indicated as such.
