Return Policy

We have a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy:

  • Please request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days of purchase. Return information and ship to address will be provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Return labels within the U.S. can be created at www.usps.com for small orders or www.ups.com large orders. Alternatively, you may bring your returns to the Post Office or UPS Store for assistance.
  • RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to Warranties, Manufacturing Defects, Exchanges and Returnable Items only.
  • New returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and in good condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions and parts. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in a sellable condition. Warranty or Defective items should be packed securely for inspection by our returns department.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your payment method.
  • We do not refund shipping costs.
  • COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
  • We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
  • For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please call us at 732-249-8567 so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible technical support and assistance with your product.

Returns Outside of the USA:

  • Returns from Canada can be created at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com
  • The USPS International Merchandise Return Service (IMRS) is an option for returns from Canada, which simplifies the process by generating "no postage necessary" labels.
  • you may bring your returns to the Post Office or UPS Store for assistance. All duties and fees are your responsibility.

Custom Orders, Large Orders, and Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on custom, or made to order items as these products incur additional manufacturing, processing and handling.
  • No returns on non-stock items, items that have been drop shipped or installed.
